Bengaluru: US First Lady and President Joe Biden’s wife, Jill Biden (71) has been confirmed to have Covid, White House officials said.
President Joe Biden and Jill Biden were also supposed to arrive in India to participate in the G-20 summit. But the sources of the White House have said that it is doubtful that Jill Biden will arrive in India as Covid has been confirmed.
Meanwhile, Joe Biden’s report came negative and he will participate in the G-20 summit. Prime Minister Modi and Biden will hold bilateral talks on September 8.
Jill Biden will be in self-isolation for the next five days. White House sources said that doctors will monitor her health.
