Bidar: Hinting at another possible State wide lockdown, Chief Minister B. S. Yeddyurappa has made it clear that another round of lockdown could be imposed in the State after April 17 when the By-polls in the State ware over.
Addressing the press persons in Basavakalyan town in Bidar district, he said that if the people failed to follow the Covid guidelines, and sharply rising Covid cases. Another lockdown may become reality “People need to respond for their own good and if they don’t then we may have to take stringent measures like lockdown in the state if necessity arises.”
Yeddyurappa noted that if Covid cases increase in the coming days, strict rules may be imposed and night curfew would be extended to other districts also.
