BIDAR: The Shaheen Group of Institutions has announced a free residential coaching program for undergraduate and postgraduate Common University Entrance Tests (CUET), aimed at supporting talented students from underprivileged backgrounds in their pursuit of higher education. The program, led by the Chairman of Shaheen Group, Dr. Abdul Qadeer, will feature a qualifying exam scheduled for October 26, 2024, to identify eligible candidates.
The qualifying exam will be conducted in 100 centers across 15 states. Students who are currently studying in or have passed Class 12 or 2nd PUC, as well as those in their final year of graduation or who have completed their graduation, are eligible to apply for the coaching program.
Online coaching for CUET will begin in November 2024 for those who pass the qualifying exam. Offline coaching for undergraduate candidates will be held from March to April 2025, while postgraduate coaching will take place between January and February 2025. The offline sessions, which will last 40 days, will include accommodation and meals for the participants.

With over 200 universities, including central and government institutions, offering quality education at affordable rates, the CUET is a vital gateway for students from arts, commerce, and science streams to secure admission into competitive undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Shaheen Group’s free training initiative aims to raise awareness and improve access to higher education for marginalized students.
Last year, Shaheen’s CUET coaching program was successful, with six students excelling in the postgraduate entrance tests. This year, the institution encourages talented but financially challenged students to seize this opportunity and benefit from the free coaching initiative. The Shaheen Group, which has secured around 5,000 government MBBS seats in the last 12 years through NEET and CET, is now extending its coaching services to help students secure seats in other courses offered by central universities.
