Bangalore: Malleswaram police raided a factory in Madanayakanahalli, Bangalore, and seized fake brand detergent powder.
Malleswaram police raided the factory based on the information of the Hindustan Uni Lever organization about the counterfeiting of branded detergent powder.
Detergent items worth ₹20 lakh, and a mixing machine worth around ₹15 lakh including labels of various companies have been seized.
Arjun Jain was running a factory and used to supply loads of detergent packs. Arjun Jain has been arrested by the Malleswaram police.
