Mansuhk Mandaviya brought the photographer against the wishes of the family: Dr. Manmohan Singh’s daughter

Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya visit to All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi to inquire about the condition of former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has embroiled into controversies. Manmohan Singh was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday, he is stable now and his health is improving.

Several pictures of Mansukh Mandaviya’s visit have surfaced. After which people had targeted Mandaviya regarding the privacy of the former PM. But now a big allegation has been made on behalf of Manmohan Singh’s daughter in this case.

in a statement on Friday, Dr. Singh’s daughter Daman Singh said that her mother had objected to the presence of a photographer in the former prime minister’s room during the visit of Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya but was ignored, The Hindu reported. My father is undergoing treatment for dengue in AIIMS. His condition is stable but his immunity is low. Due to the risk of infection, we have restricted visitors.

Daman Singh said that, it was nice that the Health Minister visited and expressed his concern. However, my parents were not in a position to be photographed at that time. My mother insisted that the photographer should leave the room, but she was completely ignored. She was very upset. My parents are trying to cope with a difficult situation.

Earlier, speaking to The Print, Daman Singh had said that her mother was very upset because a photographer had entered the room with the minister, but when she insisted that the photographer leave the room, she was completely shocked. “She was very upset. My parents are facing a difficult situation. They are elderly people. There are no animals like in the zoo.”

After meeting Dr. Singh on Thursday, the minister had reportedly posted on his Twitter handle some photographs of his visit to the former prime minister’s hospital cabin. However, Mandaviya removed the photos from her handle after he faced protests against posting the photos on social media. But there has been no official statement neither from AIIMS nor from the Ministry of Health on this issue.
