Bangalore: Basavaraj Bommai, the chief minister of Karnataka, expressed confidence on Friday that the BJP will maintain power with a “comfortable majority” and without the JDS assistance.
He declared, “Congress had absolutely no advantage. We understand how surveys are done. I anticipate a sizable majority,” he continued, adding that the BJP might not need the JDS backing. “Absolutely no chance (of accepting JDS support). We’ll win with a clear majority.
