Bengaluru : Chiding Congress for its failure to win election in Bihar and Madhya Pradesh, Former External Affairs Minister and senior BJP leader S M Krishna has said that the grand old party is losing its relevance among the people.
Stating that while the BJP is getting more popular among people, the Congress is slowing getting irrelevant and diminishing in India.
Addressing media persons here during his meeting to BJP’s newly elected MLA, Munirathna, however refused to answer whether leader of the opposition, Siddaramaiah will become CM if Congress comes back to power.
Stating that the opposition parties should be strong in the democracy, he however said that according him, he does not see that. He said that is also one of the reasons for quitting the Congress and joining BJP.
