Hindu Organization asked woman to step back from marrying a Muslim, but woman refused to do so

Mangalore: A couple from a medical college in Mangalore was in love from past there years. The date of marriage was fixed on Nov 29 in Kannur, Kerala. They drew attention after their wedding invitation went viral on social media platforms. Hindu organizations took Hindu Task Force chief, Vajradehi Rajashekharananda Swamiji to convince the woman to step back from marriage.

Swamiji went along with few Bajrang Dal leaders and the effort was futile. He suggested to postpone the wedding and decide the further course of action. But the girl refused to cancel the wedding and said there is nothing like Love Jihad and we are in Love. Coastal districts are always in limelight for the controversies attached to inter-religious marriages.
