Karnataka: Kharge said at a gathering in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, which is going to the polls, “PM Modi is like a ‘poisonous snake.’ You might think it’s poisonous or not. You’ll die if you lick it.”
Later, when BJP leaders criticised Kharge’s comments, he said that he wasn’t talking about PM Modi. Instead, he said, “BJP’s ideology is like a snake, and if you try to touch it, you will die,” to explain what he meant.
