Speaking to reporters in Kalaburagi, he said, “The reason for the attack on the Lok Sabha session is the unemployment problem in the country. There is nothing wrong in what our leader Rahul Gandhi has said about this,” he said.
“Pratap Simha, who comes before the media for all issues, is not seen now. Congress should not talk about this incident. “Why has Amit Shah not given a single statement about the incident so far?” he asked.

“Rahul Gandhi has said that the problem of unemployment in the country has increased since the BJP government came to power. What is wrong with this? Do you know how much unemployment problem there is in our country? “It is not right to politicize such a serious issue,” he said.
Commenting on CT Ravi, Priyank Kharge joked, “First get a suitable status in your party and then talk.”
