Haryana: Congress MLA Mamman Khan, accused in the July 31 communal violence case in Nuh district, has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days.
A separate case was registered against Mamman Khan on August 1, accusing him of inciting communal violence. According to this complaint, He was arrested in Rajasthan on Thursday (September 14) night.
The police, who interrogated him on Friday, told the court to remand Mamman Khan for five days. The court ordered them to take him into custody for two days.
On Monday, a senior police officer had accused Mamman Khan of not cooperating with the investigation. Now the court has ordered 14 days of judicial custody.
On July 31, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad organized an obscenity in Nuh, during which there was a riot. Six people lost their lives in the riots. Several people were injured.
