The Congress party is set to full its five election promises and Priyank Kharge said that every scheme comes with its terms and conditions. Priyank Kharge is the Karnataka Minister of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (RDPR) and IT/BT and son of Congress chief, Mallikarjun Kharge.
Priyank said that there is no scheme that is free for all.
“We have the blueprint of the five guarantees and we will ensure that it is done as soon as possible. Every government scheme – central or state – comes with certain rules and regulations. There is no scheme that is free for all, but we will do it,” Priyank said while addressing the media at the Vidhana Soudha in Bengaluru.
He further added that there is not a central government or a state government scheme that runs without a a criteria. Hence, the terms and conditions will be framed for the schemes.
