Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan: Arvind Kejriwal’s Arrest Serves as a Life Lesson for Congress

“Today’s plight of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is a life lesson for the Congress,” said Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.

18 opposition parties along with CPIM and Congress protested against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s arrest in New Delhi on Sunday (March 31).

A day after this, the Kerala Chief Minister held a press conference and expressed his displeasure against the Congress, which had demanded an ED probe into the Delhi excise policy case.

“The Kejriwal case is a good example of the Congress’s way. Congress lashed out at Kejriwal when the Delhi government was accused of corruption in the Delhi excise policy case. Congress had also filed a complaint in this case. As a result, an ED investigation is now underway,” he said.

“The Congress questioned why Manish Sisodia was arrested in this case and Kejriwal was not arrested. Congress raised this question until Kejriwal’s arrest. Now Congress has changed its stand. But now the Congress will have to admit that its previous stand was wrong,” said Vijayan.
