Yati Narsinghanand Organises 3-Day Hate Speech Conference Against Muslims in Haridwar

Hindutva leader Yati Narsinghanad organized a three-day hate speech conference from 17 to 19 December in Uttarakhand’s Haridwar city, where multiple calls to kill minorities in the country and attack their religious spaces were made.

A part of the conference was also live-streamed on social media and videos clips of some speeches have gone viral.

Along with Narsinghanand, the controversial priest of Ghaziabad’s Dasna Devi temple and recently anointed ‘Mahamandaleshwar’ of the Juna Akhara, the gathering had other speakers, including Annapurna Maa, Dharamdas Maharaj from Bihar, Anand Swaroop Maharaj, Sagar Sindhuraj Maharaj, Swami Premanand Maharaj, and BJP leader Ashwini Upadhyay.

Ashwini Upadhyay presented India’s Constitution, in saffron color, to his “Gurudev” Narsinghanand. He is the one who was earlier accused of involving in organizing a rally in Jantar Mantar in Delhi, where anti-Muslim slogans were chanted.

Mahamandleshwar of Niranjini Akhada and General secretary of Hindu Mahasabha, Annapurna Maa said, “If you want to finish them off, then kill them… We need 100 soldiers who can kill 20 lakh of them to win this.”

“If I was present in the parliament when PM Manmohan Singh said that minorities have first right over national resources, I would’ve followed Nathuram Godse, I’d have shot him six times in the chest with a revolver,” said Dharamdas Maharaj from Bihar.

Anand Swaroop Maharaj said, “If the governments do not listen to our demand (He means the establishment of a Hindu Rashtra through violence against minorities), we will wage a war far scarier than the 1857 revolt.”

Anand Swaroop claims to have threatened people and hotels in Haridwar to not celebrate Christmas. For this year, he won’t allow Muslims and Christians to celebrate their festivals in Uttarkhand since it belongs only to Hindus, he added.

Narsinghanad, giving the moto of ‘Shastra Mev Jayate’ to incite armed violence against the Muslim community, said, “Economic boycott won’t work. Hindu groups need to update themselves. Swords look good on stage only. This battle will be won by those with better weapons.”

“I keep repeating again and again that instead of buying Rs 5000 mobile but buy Rs 1 lakh rupee weapon. You should at least have sticks and swords,” said Sagar Sindhuraj Maharaj.

Referring to the Rohingya genocide, Swami Prabodhanand said, “Get ready to kill or get killed, there is no other option. Just like in Mayanmar, every Hindu, including Police, Army, a politician should start the cleaning as it happened in Myanmar.”
