New Delhi: Rohit Sardana, a senior journalist associated with Aaj Tak his news channel died reportedly of heath attack on Friday morning.
Interestingly, Sardana was tested Covid positive about a week ago, but lost to heart attack at the age of 42.
Having worked for different Hindi news channels such as Zee TV and Aaj Tak, he was hosting several popular debates on range of issues.
Meanwhile, expressing shock and grief over the sudden demise of Sardana, India Today, the sister concern of Aaj Tak said that they channel is at loss of words for the untimely demise of their colleague.
Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has also expressed grief and condoled the death through his twitter handle.
Several leaders including Home Minister, Amid Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and other leaders have condoled his death.
