RCB vs CSK Match: Parking Banned on These Bangalore Roads; Tight Security Ensured

In the Indian Premier League 2024 (IPL) tournament, the match between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will be played on Saturday at 7.30 pm. The match will be held at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, and the Bangalore Traffic Police has released guidelines for traffic jams and traffic problems.

Parking for matchgoers is allowed anywhere. He has informed the public that there is a ban on parking everywhere.

Parking ban
Parking is prohibited on roads around Chinnaswamy Stadium from 3 pm to 11 pm on Saturday.

Queen’s Road, MG Road, Cubbon Road, Raj Bhavan, Museum Road, Central Street Road, St. Mark’s Road, Kasturi Ba Road, Trinity Circle, Lavelle Road, Nripatunga Road, Ambedkar Veedi Road, Vithal Mallya Road, Kings Road and Parking is prohibited on Nripatunga Road.

Parking spaces for public vehicles

Parking arrangements have been made elsewhere for people coming to watch the match. Parking arrangements are made at St. Joseph Indian School Grounds, UB City Parking Lot, 1st Floor of BMTC Bus Stand, and Alls KGID Building, Kings Road (Inside Cubbon Park). The Bangalore Traffic Police has banned the movement of vehicles around the ground.

Tight security has been maintained around the Chinnaswamy stadium where the match will be held under the leadership of Additional Commissioner of Police Satish Kumar. One thousand civil police including three DCPs, 20 ACPs, and 50 inspectors have been deployed. One traffic joint commissioner of police, two traffic DCPs, and 200 traffic policemen have been deployed. Police have also been deployed in Mufti around the stadium.
