Bangladesh MP cold blooded murder by illegal immigrant, chopped body: Sources

Just days after visiting India, the Bangladesh MP who was feared dead is believed to have been murdered in the most cruel manner. MP, Anwarul Azim Anar had been missing since May 14 which was just two days after he had landed in Kolkata.

It is believed that the MP was skinned, chopped up in an apartment and his body parts are disposed off in several plastic packets across the city, investigations have revealed. A significant breakthrough has been made by the West Bengal CID (Criminal Investigation Department) in the investigation after they have arrested Jihad Hawladar, an illegal immigrant from Bangladesh, who lived in Mumbai.

According to the sources close to CID, Jihad Hawladar has confessed that he was involved in the murder of the Bangladesh MP’s body in an apartment in New Town, Kolkata. Hawaladar has also disclosed to the CID about the unfolding of the crime and that the main suspect was Akhtaruzzaman, a US citizen of Bangladeshi origin. He said that he along with his four other Bangladeshi nationals took orders from Akhtaruzzaman and smothered and killed the MP in his New Town apartment.
Bangladesh Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan on Wednesday said that Anwarul Azim Anar was found murdered and three people had been arrested in connection with the murder. Police had also found bloodstains inside the New Town apartment and also recovered several plastic bags, indicating that it must have carried the chopped body parts.

According to the circumstantial evidence, police claims that that the MP was first strangled and then his body was cut up into several pieces.
