Jamaat-e-Islami Bangladesh was behind Sheikh Hasina’s regime collapse from Bangladesh, claims former Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla claimed on a news channel.
Recently Bangladesh had banned Jamaat-e-Islami and its student wing Chhatra Shibir under anti-terrorism law due to nationwide unrest and public security threat.
The now former Bangladeshi PM, Sheikh Hasina has fled her country after resigning and will be seeking refuge in India.
