TOKYO: Yusaku Maezawa, one of the most richest men of Japan has made an interesting decision of cooking the national cuisine of Japan during his space journey when he is scheduled to travel to the International Space Station in December this year.
An international media report said that Maezawa, who will be travelling in Soyz MS-20 spacecraft to Station, told that he wishes to prepare some national dishes of Japan in space.
“ I will not only prepare food at the Station, but will also share it among the other crew members travelling with me”, he asserted.
Revealing his desire to travel in space, the 45 year old wealthy man said that he was curious to see space and said that this journey to meet his long pending desire.
Maezawa also carries a bigger desire to travelling to Moon in 2023. He said that his journey to ISS would help him prepare for the bigger challenge.
According to sources, Maezawa will be travelling to the ISS in 12 days from December 8. He is said to be undergoing various training to prepare for the trip of a lifetime.
