In a bid to woo the minority community, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) backed organisation, Muslim Rashtriya Manch (MRM) will be launching a nationwide campaign to promote the idea of “one nation, one flag, one National Anthem”, MRM announced on Wednesday, reported The Hindu.
MRM volunteers will send out the message of “true Muslim, good citizen”. The outreach programme will start ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha election and participant members will be given special training.
The RSS -backed body said, that a three-day training programme will be organised for MRM volunteers and workers in Bhopal from June 8 to June 11.
MRM spokesperson Shahid Saeed said that Madhya Pradesh’s capital Bhopal was chosen as the for the training programme as the city has a sizable Muslim population.
