Mumbai BMW car crash; Mihir Shah accepts driving car, called girlfriend 40 times after accident

Mihir Shah, who is the prime accused in the Mumbai BMW car crash, which killed a 45-year-old woman and injured her husband, accepted that he was driving the car at the time of the accident.

There also have been reports that Shah had called her girlfriend for over 40 times after he rammed his luxury car in Worli area of Mumbai into the bike in which the couple was travelling on July 7. Mihir Shah had been absconding since the accident and he took shelters to various places in Maharashtra. HE also took shelter in resorts while the police were on a search hunt looking for him after the incident.

It has been reported that Mihir’s girlfriend called his sister, Pooja after she came to know about the accident. Mihir’s sister was reportedly in Goregaon and she took her brother to their residence in Boravali.

Police to recreate crime scene
The Mumbai police is all set to re create the crime scene as they questioned the prime accused and the driver of the BMW car, Rajrishi Bidawat, who was also allegedly involved in the accident. A police team recreated the crime scene from CJ House Worli to Sea Link Worli in the presence of the accused. Shah also confessed to the crime and said that he had been repenting for what he had done, the police said.
