In a series of resignations from NDTV, senior journalist Sarah Jacob added her name to the same list. Sarah Jacob resigned from NDTV on Tuesday, 23rd.
She posted a short message on Twitter following her resignation, thanking her colleagues and describing her 22 year long career at NDTV from reporter to hosting her own show.
though the exact reason for her resignation is unknown, it is alleged that she quit after she was asked to broadcast a segment praising PM Modi for his respect for women. Many netizens have lauded her for quitting NDTV.
The change in NDTV’s news presentation came after the takeover of NDTV by billionaire Gautam Adani.
