A specially abled boy (amputated right hand) was brutally beaten up by two patrol cops in Uttar Pradesh’s Bareilly district. The incident was captured on CCTV camera.
In the victim’s statement shared on twitter by journalist Piyush Rai, the victim is seen breaking into tears while narrating his ordeal.

“They (cops) asked me if I sell fish to which I replied yes. They accused me of doing illegal activities and they said I should give them half of the earnings. When I refused to give them money, they hit me everywhere on my hands and legs. What can I do sir they’ve hit me so badly,” the boy broke into tears.
