The incident took place on National Highway 4 near Madawara in Bengaluru when the driver lost control and collided with the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) bus divider.
The bus that met with the accident was traveling from Bangalore to Somwarpet. A total of 20 people were traveling on this bus. A woman who was sitting in the front of the bus sustained injuries and is being treated at the hospital.
The incident took place in the area of Nelamangala Police Station and the bus collided with the divider causing traffic congestion on the road for some time. Later, the bus was lifted with the help of a crane.
“I was driving the bus on the right side when the BBMP garbage lorry came and collided with the bus. Santhosh, the bus driver, went to avoid it and had an accident.
