Supreme Court Set to Issue Ruling on Interim Bail for Kejriwal on May 10th

The Supreme Court is slated to announce its decision regarding the interim bail plea of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a money laundering case linked to the alleged excise policy scam on May 10th.

Justice Sanjiv Khanna, leading the bench overseeing Kejriwal’s petition against his arrest, stated, “We will deliver the interim order (on interim bail) on Friday.

The primary matter concerning the challenge to the arrest will also be addressed on the same day.” The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader was detained on March 21 and is presently held in Tihar Jail under judicial custody.
