Mumtaz Ali’s body was discovered near the river on Monday, October 7. The investigation is being conducted under the leadership of Mangaluru City Police Commissioner Anupam Agarwal, with the support of DCPs Siddarth Goyal and Dinesh Kumar, and Mangaluru North Sub-Divisional Assistant Commissioner of Police Srikanth.
