New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the registration deadline for the National Teachers’ Eligibility Test (NTET) to October 22, 2024. Aspiring candidates can visit the official NTA website to access detailed information and complete their application process.
Initially, the application deadline was set for October 14, 2024. The final date for fee payments through Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or UPI is October 23, 2024. Applicants will have an opportunity to make corrections to their submitted forms on October 24 and 25, 2024 via the NTA website.
The NTET is designed for postgraduates in Indian Systems of Medicine and Homoeopathy, including Ayurveda, Siddha, and Unani, who aim to pursue a teaching career. This year marks the first time the NTA is conducting the exam on behalf of the Ministry of AYUSH, with the Ministry of Education’s approval.
