Zeenat Parveen, the daughter of a humble vegetable vendor, has emerged as the top performer in the Jharkhand Academic Council’s class 12 examinations. Hailing from Ranchi, Zeenat achieved an impressive score of 94.40% in the Arts stream, clinching the coveted title of state topper.
Despite facing numerous challenges, including a daily commute spanning 10 kilometers to reach her government school, Zeenat’s relentless dedication to her studies has paid off. Speaking about her achievement, Zeenat expressed gratitude to her teachers and family for their unwavering support. “My teacher told me that I am a state topper,” she remarked with a sense of pride and determination.
Zeenat’s journey to academic excellence has been marked by perseverance and hard work. Recounting her daily struggles, she revealed, “I used to travel 10 kilometers a day to reach school, sometimes by bicycle, auto, and bus.” Her indomitable spirit and commitment to education serve as an inspiration to countless others, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds.
