Bengaluru: Elections will be held on Wednesday for the post of president of the Karnataka Milk Marketing Federation (KMF).
With the change of government in the state, the post of Balachandra Jarakiholi has become vacant. Thus the election will be held.
Former MLA Bhima Naik is an aspirant for the post of President and is likely to be elected almost unopposed.
Balachandra Jarakiholi, who was the president of KMF until now, said that he is not contesting in this election.
The term of office was still one year. Although there is support from all the directors of KMF, for the progress of the organization, we will cooperate with the upcoming new president without contesting for the position of president.
