Hyderabad: A devastating road accident on Wednesday night (August 16) claimed the lives of seven people, including children, when a car overturned after the driver lost control. The incident occurred near Bhimla Tanda in Telangana as the family was returning from a program in Tupran.
The car veered off the road and fell into a water-filled pit, trapping the passengers inside. Despite efforts by locals and police, the injured could not escape in time and succumbed to their injuries. All seven passengers, members of the same family, tragically lost their lives.
The Shivampet police have registered a case and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
