New Delhi: Syed Sadatullah Husaini, President of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind (JIH), has strongly condemned Israel’s airstrikes on Beirut and the assassination of Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah. The attacks, which killed over 40 people, including Nasrallah, have drawn sharp criticism from various quarters.
In a statement, Husaini said, “We strongly condemn Israel’s indiscriminate and barbaric air strikes on Beirut, which constitute a massacre and a heinous crime.” He also urged the international community to intervene and prevent further escalation in the region.
The JIH leader expressed condolences and solidarity with Lebanon, stating, “This cowardly aggression only adds to the suffering of those resisting illegal occupation.”
