Bengaluru: BJP MLA Muniratna, accused of rape, has been ordered to remain in judicial custody for an additional 14 days.
The Special Court for MPs and MLAs issued the extension on October 5, following the completion of his previous period in SIT custody.
SIT officials presented Muniratna for a medical examination before the court and requested an extension of his custody. The court granted the request, ordering him to remain in judicial custody until October 19.
