Anant Ambani’s Back-to-Back Meetings with Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde Spark Political Speculation

Mumbai: In a surprising political development, Anant Ambani, the son of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani, held meetings with both Shiv Sena leaders Uddhav Thackeray and Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on the same day, raising eyebrows in political circles.

Anant Ambani first visited Uddhav Thackeray at his residence, Matoshree, late at night, followed by a meeting with Eknath Shinde at the Chief Minister’s Varsha Bungalow.

The timing of these meetings, coinciding with Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s visit to Maharashtra, has fueled various speculations, especially as state assembly elections approach.

Although the purpose of these meetings remains unclear, there is widespread discussion about potential political strategies, with some suggesting that Ambani’s visit might be aimed at bridging the fractured Shiv Sena factions.

Others speculate that he was discussing new business ventures with top state leaders. The meetings, lasting over an hour each, have left many wondering about the possible significance ahead of the upcoming elections.
