President Murmu Directs Karnataka Chief Secretary to Review Complaint Against Governor’s Prosecution Sanction of CM Siddaramaiah

Bengaluru: President Droupadi Murmu has addressed a letter to Karnataka’s Chief Secretary, Shalini Rajneesh, concerning a complaint by KPCC Media Wing President Ramesh Babu.

The complaint challenges Governor Thawar Chand Gehlot’s decision to sanction the prosecution of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah over alleged illegal land allotments by the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA).

In the letter, Rajesh Verma, Secretary to the President, instructed the Chief Secretary to thoroughly review the complaint and ensure that Ramesh Babu is directly informed of the actions taken.
