A 28-year-old medical student, Dr. Kartikeya Srivastava, tragically ended his life in his car at SRN Hospital, Prayagraj, on Saturday night. The incident occurred at a hospital affiliated with the government-run Moti Lal Nehru Medical College, where Srivastava was also studying.
According to local police, Srivastava, a resident of Kotdwar, Uttarakhand, is believed to have injected himself with a poisonous substance. The circumstances surrounding the suicide are currently under investigation.
The police have launched a probe into the incident, involving the field unit, dog squad, and surveillance team to gather evidence.
