Lebanon’s Hezbollah simultaneously attacked 19 Israeli positions along the border. Israel continues to attack Lebanon.
The attack was reported a day before an expected speech by Hezbollah militant group leader Hassan Nasrallah, Al Jazeera reported.
Al Jazeera reported that the Iran-backed armed group simultaneously targeted military positions along the border at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday with “guided missiles, artillery shelling” and other weapons.
The Israeli military said it had carried out a “broad attack” against Hezbollah. In which “warplanes and helicopters” attacked Hezbollah targets.
Israel’s Magen David Adam emergency medical service said two people were wounded by a barrage of rockets in the Israeli town of Kiryat Shmona near the Lebanese border.
