15 days holiday in the month of November for banks in the country

The Reserve Bank of India has released the list of holidays for the month of November, and there will be exactly 15 days of holidays for banks this month.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) prepares a list of holidays every month. The holidays in the RBI holiday list will be applicable to the public sector, private sector, foreign banks, cooperative banks, and regional banks. These holidays include all Sundays, and the second and fourth Saturdays in November.

There are a total of 15 holidays in the month of November including Saturday and Sunday. Bank holidays vary from state to state. Apart from the Diwali festival, there are holidays like Kannada Rajyotsava, Kanakadasa Jayanti, etc. Region-bound festivals like Karva Chauth, Vangala festival, Govardhana Puja, etc. have holidays in their respective regions.

There are a total of 9 holidays in the month of November in Karnataka. Even though banks are closed these days, there will not be much disruption to your normal financial activities. There will be ATMs and digital banking.
