‘Chandrayan – Three will fail’; Mocks the mission Karnataka teacher in trouble
Bengaluru: A teacher from Karnataka took the tiger’s tail by tweeting that India’s Chandrayaan-3 mission would fail. Malleswaram PU College Kannada teacher Hulikunde Murthy made a controversial post on Twitter mocking the mission.
Later, there was widespread criticism against the teacher, including in the social media. After the controversy, the state government asked the teacher for an explanation. The teacher’s tweet said that Chandrayaan-3 will fail this time too. The pre-university deputy director said that Murthy’s social media post about Chandrayaan-Moon came to his attention on Monday.
An explanation has been sought from the teacher about posting such a note. He will reply on Wednesday. The Deputy Director informed that further action will be taken based on this. BJP leader S. Suresh Kumar has lodged a complaint with Education Minister Madhu Bangarappe.
